    1. I believe the author is referring to 温某 (Wen Mou?). This guy created an accident where he crashed his car into a crowd. 5 dead and 13 injured. He purposely drove his car on pedestrian roads and facilities to vent his emotions. If you are interested, just search for the 2 Chinese words, it’s everywhere. Pretty serious too, form what I understood he had a very heavy sentence. Not sure but maybe even death…?
